The firm has become well versed in property acquisition, sales, financing, construction contracts and leasing matters by representing clients in some of the largest real estate development projects in Arkansas and other states.
The firm serves as counsel for Arkansas' largest commercial real estate company in transactional and litigation matters. Our attorneys also represented the owner of Arkansas' largest commercial office building from the building’s development through its refinancing and in day to day dealings with tenants and lender. Additionally, our firm has provided legal advice to several of the largest real estate and multi-family developers in the North Central Arkansas area.
Our attorneys routinely handle litigation involving real property issues such as evictions, lease disputes, property rights, zoning, foreclosures, financings and other issues.
The firm represents clients in administrative proceedings on environmental and land issues before the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, other states’ environmental protection agencies and in state and federal court. Our attorneys oversee environmental site assessments and due diligence matters related to property acquisitions and sales and are experienced in significant environmental matters including CERCLA (Superfund), RCRA, TSCA, solid and medical waste disposal and environmental permitting matters.
